Shipping Policy
At boardward, every board is lovingly handcrafted to order in our workshop using premium, sustainable hardwoods. We take care in every step—from milling to packing—to ensure your piece arrives safely and beautifully.
Processing Time
Each board is made to order. Please allow 4–6 weeks for production before your item ships. For larger or custom orders, processing time may be longer. If that’s the case, we’ll reach out with an update.
Shipping Time & Carriers
Once your order is complete, we ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the size of the package. Shipping typically takes:
- 2–5 business days within the continental U.S.
- We currently do not ship internationally. We hope to one day!
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your item is on its way.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions—which will be clearly noted on our site.
Packaging
Boards are securely packaged to protect the wood and finish during transit. We use recyclable and minimal packaging whenever possible, in line with our commitment to sustainability.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, damaged, or missing, please contact us at hello@boardward.com within 7 days of delivery (or estimated delivery) so we can assist. Include your order number and tracking info if available.
