Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with boardward. Each of our charcuterie and serving boards is handcrafted with care in the USA using premium hardwoods like walnut, ash and mahogany. We want you to cherish your boards for years to come, but if something’s not right, here’s how we can help.


Returns

Because our boards are handmade in small batches and often made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and photos of the issue (packaging and product).

We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps.


Refunds

If your item is eligible for a refund due to damage or defect:

  • You can choose a replacement, store credit, or a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we confirm eligibility.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided we haven’t begun production. After that, we’re unable to cancel as materials may have already been allocated or work started.


Shipping Issues

If your package is lost or arrives damaged in transit, let us know right away. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it and ensure you receive your product.
